My last day in ward D3 (Female Orthopedic). Finally….

This ward almost every day active especially on morning. Really tiring ward. Last Thursday we got 40 patients. Can u imagine how we run the ward. Thank God I only student nurse. With the S/N bosses. Order us to that, do this. Dressing, observation, bla,bla… while they only sit ( Read more... )
